PRODUCT RETURN POLICY and INSTRUCTIONS
• Products will be accepted for returns only if it has not been damaged, tampered or modified.
• Product returned as defective must have prepaid shipping (Product under warranty)
• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including duties and taxes) and repairs cost on product not covered by
warranty
• Product returned for credit must be in its original condition and package with prepaid shipping.
There will a 25% restocking fee for any products returned after 30 days and up to 60 days from date of invoice. Product
returned as defective and tested as working properly or not a manufacturer defect will be shipped back to the customer at
their expense.
All decisions regarding the qualification of returned goods are subject to the evaluation of Vigitron.
• Should the defect be found to be due to a Vigitron manufacturing or design process, it will will be repaired or replaced if not
repairable at Vigitron discretion. Vigitron will pay freight to return the repair or replacement.
• There will be no returns or exchanges after 60 days past ship date or on custom manufactured (made-to-order) products.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed and will be returned at customer's expense.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address, phone and a valid email address. This should be the authorized distributor information. The ship to address can be where you want us to ship the repair/replacement.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product along with the original PO and/or Vigitron invoice number for our reference.

3. Please do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number and instruction to do so. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. Please provide the ship to address where we can ship the repair or replacement within 5 days to avoid delays. The RMA will be cancelled/closed within 10 days if no response or information provided. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. The RMA # must be referenced on inside and outside of the shipping box. Ship your item to the address indicated (7810 Trade St. San Diego, CA 92121). Please note that you are responsible to prepay shipping to return the product.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24/7) by logging into our website.

Advance Replacements: Authorized dealer, distributor can request for an advanced replacement with a new issued PO. Advanced replacement invoices will be billed if the original item returned is repairable, tested as working, or not a manufacturer defect. The original item will be shipped back to customer.
If an unauthorized dealer, distributor or end user requests an advance replacement: A credit card number will be required along with credit card authorization. If the defective unit is not received within 30 days of the RMA issuance or the defect is found not due Vigitron workmanship, the credit card will be charged in the following manner: Distributors and dealers: Dealer pricing, End users: list price. All charges will include a 4% processing fee. Vigitron will pay for freight for advance replacements. If the defective unit is not returned with 30 or the defect found not to be of Vigitron workmanship freight charges will be added to the credit card billing.
Unauthorized distributors, dealers and end users cannot request and RMAs will not be issued for returning mis-orders. These must be processed via their authorized purchasing agency.
Note: Under all conditions an advance replacement can be either a new production or a re-stocked product at Vigitron’s discretion. All products returned must contain the issued RMA number.
All requests for RMAs for any reason must be accompanied by the original purchase order number the products are purchased under.
RMA’s requested for Discontinued Products must be made within 60 days from the time official end of life notice is given by Vigitron. After this period RMAs for returns other than defective product will not be allowed.
